Most Smartboard issues are hardware related. Please look at the indicator light on the lower right of the Smartboard and try the following:
- If it is OFF, then Smartboard is not getting power; check the electrical connection.
- If it is BLINKING RED, then the Smartboard is not connected to the computer source; check the USB or wireless connection to the computer.
- If it is BLINKING GREEN, then the Smartboard is not seeing the required Smartboard software. Restart your computer and make sure that the Smartboard software (SMART Notebook or SMART Ink) is installed.
