If Self Service does not allow App downloads, please do the following:

Make sure the iPad is on a wireless network:
 - Go to Settings > Wireless
 - Make sure that you are using an @portergaud.edu Apple ID:
 
- Go to Settings > iCloud
 - 
Make sure the iPad has the latest version of IOS:
 
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update
