Individual classroom printers are serviced and maintained by our IT Department.

If your printer is out of toner, shows streaks on the page, or has faded printing, new toner is generally the answer.


To request new toner, please email the Helpdesk™ (or complete the online form) with your printer model number (i.e. P1606dn or 4300n)


If we don't have a replacement toner in stock, it is usually available in two business days.
