If your iPad is acting possessed (ghost typing, changing apps, doesn't always respond to touch), here are a few things to try.  Try each of the suggestions in order:

  • Perform a hard reset on the iPad.
  • Take off the front cover of the protective case.
  • Take the iPad out of the case.
  • Closely inspect the iPad screen and aluminum body for cracks, dents, or imperfections.
