If your iPad screen is cracked, please do the following:
- Email [email protected] to let us know it is broken.
 - Check your iCloud status to see the latest back-up of your data:
 - Go to Settings > iCloud > Backup
 - If needed, select 'Back Up Now' to make a current backup.
 - Bring the broken iPad to the Helpdesk™ in S&T 114 for an exchange.
 - The exchange process will probably take about 20-30 minutes, so budget your time accordingly.
 - We will walk you through the steps to copy the broken iPad and move the data to the replacement.
 - The Business Office will send a bill for $50 to cover the exchange cost.
