If Self Service does not allow App downloads, please do the following:

  • Make sure the iPad is on a wireless network:
    • Go to Settings > Wireless
  • Make sure that you are using an @portergaud.edu Apple ID:
    • Go to Settings > iCloud
  • Make sure the iPad has the latest version of IOS:
    • Go to Settings > General > Software Update
