Occasionally, the Self Service App loses the connection to our server.  If your iPad cannot view these apps, here are a few things to try:

  • Make sure WiFi is enabled and working:
    • Open a new page in Safari to confirm
  • Restart your iPad
  • Delete and Re-Install the App:
    • Press and hold the App till it "shakes".  Select the 'x'
    • In a few minutes, the Self Service App should automatically re-install.
