Enable Location Services:
Go to Settings > Privacy. Click on find Location Services and make sure it is turned ON by sliding the bar to green.
Enable iCloud Backup:
Go to Settings > iiCloud. Find Backup (It has an arrow turning backwards.) Click on Backup and slide bar to green to turn ON.
